The Santa Monica Project

Overview

This project was born out of the need for collaboration. The owner purchased this historic property and needed some guidance…we were glad to help.

We worked with the city’s historic department, as well as state and federal regulations to deliver a design that worked for the Owner .

We teamed with an Interior design firm based in New York.

R. Arch lead the efforts locally.

Completion Date: TBD, under construction.

Permit Expediting, Building Permit Procurement, Construction Administration.
