The First LAVC project, LAVC Boyle Heights, was opened with the hope to provide much-needed veterinary services in a historically underserved community. This second location, LAVC Jefferson Park, maintains the same ethos. The owner purchased his second location, which is registered historic. We were retained to design and manage the development of the property. We maneuvered through the Los Angeles Office of Historic Resources, as well as state and federal regulations.
