The Owner received a Code Enforcement Notice and asked R. Arch to help legalize their garage conversion. We answered the Inspector’s questions and helped the Owner legalize their garage conversion into an ADU. The Owner was able to finish construction and reside peacefully once the existing construction was documented and permitted.
